If you are located in the US, Canada, UK, France or Germany:
If you need to repair your Emporio Armani watch, you can create your repair request online in the US FG Services repair page.
How do I get started?
Visit the FG Services Repair Page, indicate what product you have, and click the checkboxes to show what services you'd like to order. At checkout, you'll receive instructions for shipping your watch to the repair team.
How much will it cost?
Once you enter your product details, you'll get to a screen with pricing information. Pricing will be determined by whether your repair is covered by your warranty, and what components you need repaired.
Where do I send my watch?
Once you complete checkout, you'll see a printable shipment form, with the shipment address for your local repair center printed on it. A link to this shipment form will also be sent to the email address you provide on your repair.
How long will my repair take?
Once FG Services receives your watch, please allow a couple of days for evaluation. Once your watch is evaluated and we can confirm the work that is required, we'll send you an updated estimate. After you approve it, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to service your watch and return it to you.
If you are not located in the US, Canada, UK, France or Germany:
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch, a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty booklet with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the authorized international watch service center closest to you. Click below to download our list of international service centers.
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. FG Services highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. FG Services is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
